Finance Manager

Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive profitability and growth.
Prepare and present monthly Profit and Loss (P&L) statements, including department-wise Cash Inflow vs Outflow analysis.
Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
Manage collections, addressing defaulters over 90 days with actionable strategies.
Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with business goals.
Requirement:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting.
Proven track record in managing budgets, P&L statements, and team leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
Familiarity with Malaysian tax laws and financial regulations.
