Job DescriptionWe are looking forFinance Managerto be responsible for overseeing the company's Financial Operations and manage the company's financial affairs to maintain overall financial health.
TaxationOversee the Taxation unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing for corporate tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other indirect taxes.
Oversee the analysis of tax data and trends to provide insights on the company's tax performance, tax position, tax exposures, and opportunities for tax optimisation to the executive leadership team.
Oversee the development and implementation of tax and tax exemption strategies to minimize the company's liability.
AccountingOversee the Accounting unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial close processes, to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Oversee the verification of the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Finance Division StewardshipConduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning initiatives.
Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute financial strategies.
Collaborate with management to develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that measure the company's overall financial performance.
OthersEnsure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Provide ongoing training and motivation to the finance team to ensure that all finance operations are running efficiently.
Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in financial operations.
Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Finance role (preferably in FMCG industry).
