Finance Manager

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an advantage.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a financial management role.
Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of financial accounting, financial planning, and financial risk management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Management:Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business goals.
Prepare short-term and long-term financial forecasts, including annual budgets and financial planning.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure smooth operations of the company.Financial Reporting and Management:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Provide accurate and timely financial reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Manage the annual financial audit and work with external auditors to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.Financial Risk Management:Identify, analyze, and manage the company's financial risks.
Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
Ensure the protection of the company's assets through insurance and other risk control measures.Compliance and Regulations:Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant financial laws and regulations.
Manage tax compliance, including the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Stay updated on changes in financial laws and ensure the company remains compliant with the latest regulations.Team Management:Lead and guide the finance team in their daily tasks.
Provide training and development to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
Evaluate the performance of the finance team and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.Support in Decision Making:Provide financial analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making.
Advise senior management on investments, cost management, and profit improvement opportunities.
Support special projects by providing financial forecasts and cost-benefit analysis.Additional Benefits
