As a full-time Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.What you'll be doingFinancial AccountsResponsible to ensure the accounts team produces timely and accurate monthly reports for management information and to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and company policies.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures across accounts & finance functions and ensure adherence to the company's policies.
Responsible for supervising, guiding, and coaching the accounts personnel in their respective job functions and ensuring the department operations run smoothly and align with company objectives.
