Responsibilities:Manage and lead annual budgets, closing and forecasts.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
Responsible for timely submission of tax filings (e.g., income tax and SST) and statutory reports.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions and organizational goals.
Oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management.
Responsible for the Company's cash flow management.
Act as a key liaison between the finance department and other business units.
Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and relevant regulatory bodies.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Assessment and controlling of Risk, Risk Management from Financial aspect.
Implement and control accounting policies & procedures.
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Oversee the implementation and optimization of financial software and systems.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Any other ad-hoc assignments requested by the Company.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent professional certification.
Possess MIA membership.
Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting and/or financial management leadership position.
Experience in IT/telecommunication industry is not essential but will be an added advantage.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into insights and action steps for business.
Able to work under minimal supervision, proactive, committed to deadlines, and able to liaise with various stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic financial decisions.
Proactive, hands-on, and resourceful, able to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, work under pressure, and handle multiple priorities.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Experienced in the usage of Excel, Word, Accounting System, PowerPoint, and Inventory & Billing.
