Finance Manager

Job Description
Oversee all financial operations, including billing, AR, AP, accounting, payroll & consolidation.
Prepare annual operating budgets, revenue forecasts & cash flow.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
Liaise with external regulators to ensure all regulatory compliance.
Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded and reported.
Report findings on financial opportunities and risks to senior management.
Lead and provide guidance to team members pertaining to finance and accounting activities.
Handle projects or tasks as assigned by top management.
Qualifications
Financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
Experience in financial management and accounting.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
