Finance Manager

Responsible for the Operational Finance team, managing functions such as General Ledger (GL), Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Treasury.
Oversee the team and support the CFO in ensuring the seamless operation of the Finance department within the Manufacturing business segment.
To handle group consolidation of a few companies at a group level.
Develop and execute budgets and forecasts.
Compile and present financial reports to management and the board of directors.
Supervise the accounting team to ensure the precision of financial records.
Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company has adequate funds to meet its obligations and support expansion initiatives.
Establish and implement internal controls and policies to protect the company's assets.
Prepare management and financial reports in compliance with the accounting standards adopted by the company.
Examine financial data to identify trends, assess risks, and uncover opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance financial performance.
Act as a liaison with stakeholders including external auditors, internal auditors, the company secretary, bankers, and legal advisors.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or any related field or possess at least a professional qualification such as ACCA / CPA / CIMA / ICAEW / MICPA etc.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in external audit or commercial accounting role.
Experience in the manufacturing industry along with team management skills Proficient in Mandarin is a bonus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong command of English, with a diligent, proactive, and optimistic approach.
Analytical and skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to multitask and a positive attitude.
Enjoys teamwork, is outspoken, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills
