About the role
We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at Décor Trend Industries Sdn Bhd. As our Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our organisation. This full-time position is based in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
What you'll be doing Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenancePrepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and other reports to support strategic decision-makingEnsure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policiesProvide financial analysis and recommendations to the senior management teamManage and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environmentImplement and maintain effective financial controls and systems to mitigate risksCollaborate with other departments to integrate financial data and drive operational efficiencyWhat we're looking for Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CIMA)Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing industryRequired language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Proficiency in speaking and reading Mandarin is required as we are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clientsStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecastingExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProven ability to lead and motivate a teamProficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suiteStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we offer
