Finance Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports as well as analysis of results.Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding, and budget allocation.Control and manage end-to-end financial processes, including collections, payments, monthly close activities, and balance sheet reconciliation.Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are fully compliant with Financial Reporting Standards.Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.Take charge of the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial goals aligned with the company's overall strategy.Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.Provide effective leadership to the finance team, offering guidance, support, and mentorship. Undertake other projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must pose at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or professional certificate.Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in full sets of finance & accounting experience.Proficient in MS Office suite especially MS Excel, MS Word.Good communication and Interpersonal skillsRequired mandarin speaking candidate due to operation need and need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients.Well organized, meticulous, analytical and able to work independently.
