We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Finance Manager to help us build up our business activities. Financial Manager responsibilities include handle for organization's accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Accounting and new system implementation for company updates.Able to create control chart to ensure financial data capture correctly.Require to assist company migrate from old system to new system.Handle full set of accounts including preparation of financial results for the release to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on a timely basis.Managing daily end-to-end trades operations, account payable and daily/monthly reporting in timely and accurate manner.Oversee the end-to-end remittance process, including transaction verification, approval, and settlement.Responsible for organization's accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial analysis.Preparation of all financial-related reports, including but not limited to P&L, Balance Sheet and Performance Reviews.Access the Finance Operations performance and identify areas of improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.Standardize and simplify processes to enable cost-effective and ensuring the processes are scalable with the best use of technology.Able to work in highly flexible and fast-paced environment.Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.Arranging and completing yearly tax fillings, financial audits, and reviews as required.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, company secretary and other statutory bodies/ authorities.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO, board members, and the senior management team.To provide professional advice on long-term business and financial planningTo establish and develop relations with senior management and stakeholders.What is required of you? Candidate must possess a professional qualification in Accountancy or FinanceAt least 5-10 years' experience in a senior management position.Experience in MNC & Public Listed company.Strong integrity and work ethics.Possess good strategic, analytical, interpersonal and people management skills.Good understanding on Company's business structure and the operationProficient and Expert in Microsoft Excel, able to analyze big data and identify patterns in transactions.Ability to work in a well-diversified team and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.Pragmatic, hands-on, flexible and adaptable to change, continuously driven to challenge and improve, self starter.
