Position: Finance Manager
Department: FinanceKey Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis
* Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets to support the company's strategic objectives.
* Conduct regular financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends and potential risks.
* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Provide insightful financial reports and analysis to management to inform decision-making.
Financial Control and Risk Management
* Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial risks.
* Oversee the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
* Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity position.
Accounting and Tax
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
* Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local and international tax regulations.
* Manage the company's tax audits and ensure compliance with tax laws.Company
