Finance Manager, IpohAbout our client:
This company is a well-known manufacturing business in the market.
They are looking to hire a senior finance professional to be based in Ipoh to support the business and to manage the finance team.Your key responsibilities include:
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, cost controlling and stock take.
Manage financial reporting and analysis.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
Conduct risk management and financial audits.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall business goals.
Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
Support on audits, statutory reporting and tax.
The ideal candidate should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Mandarin fluency (spoken) to liaise with plants based in China.
