Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze financial data (past, present, and future) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting the company's financial performance.Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly closing reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts.Communicate complex financial information in a clear, concise, and professional manner for both technical and non-technical audiences. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Collaborate with various departments to develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Create financial forecasts to assess the impact of different business decisions on the company's financial health.Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying and analyzing variances. Strategic Support:
Partner with senior management to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.Conduct cost-benefit analyses to support informed decision-making regarding resource allocation and investments.Stay up-to-date on relevant financial trends and regulations, keeping the company informed of potential risks and opportunities. Additional Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation for external audits.Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required by different departments.Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes. Profile
A Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)5-10 years of Direct Experience in Finance and Accounting Strong Manufacturing Industry Exposure Adept understanding of FP&A and Accounting Principles and Practices Previous experience in Cost Accounting or Factory Accounting Proficiency in Financial ERP Software and Spreadsheet Applications. Navision knowledge will be a plus Job Offer
