Financial Leadership & Strategic Planning:
Provide financial leadership and strategic direction to the finance team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.Partner with senior management to develop and implement the company's financial strategy.Oversee the entire accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with accounting standards. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
Lead the preparation of comprehensive financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) that meet all regulatory requirements.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insightful reports to support informed decision-making.Manage the financial closing process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Budgeting & Forecasting:
Develop and maintain the annual budget, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.Create financial forecasts to assess future financial performance and cash flow.Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, identifying and addressing variances. Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow management strategies to optimize working capital and ensure the company's financial liquidity.Maintain a healthy relationship with banks and financial institutions. Financial Process & Controls:
Implement and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.Oversee compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.Manage external audits and collaborate with auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Team Leadership & Mentorship
Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Recruit, train, and develop the finance team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed. Profile
A Degree holder in Accounting and Finance or professional paper holder (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, etc)5-7 years of experience Manufacturing Finance Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial regulations.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate financial data into actionable insights.Proficient in financial modeling, accounting software, and ERP systems.
