The Business Process Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of Finance Master Data, including key data structures such as the Chart of Accounts (COA), Financial Data Structure (FDS), and other harmonised data sets. This role focuses on implementing controls and approvals to ensure that financial data is properly maintained, accurately reported, and compliant with internal financial standards and statutory regulations.

DescriptionEnsure the accurate and timely processing of finance master data requests (additions, changes, deactivations) in line with SLAs, and validate compliance with data standards (GFT, AFT, FBW).
Understand business data usage and align business requirements with appropriate data sources within systems and the MDG application data landscape.
Support finance master data projects, including FBW load mappings and issue resolution as needed.
Review and approve updates to Financial Data Structures (FDS) and related mapping tables.
Provide business support during key periods (e.g., month-end) to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, educate users on data request processes, and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
ProfileBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
4-5 years of experience in managing finance master data, with a strong focus on data governance and system integration.
Proficiency in SAP FI & CO, with hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and managing financial data structures and mappings.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work during month-end close periods and participation in late-night calls when necessary.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues, manage conflicts, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
