Job Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform regular financial analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare tax filings and assist with internal and external audits.
Assist in preparing management reports and financial presentations.
Handle invoicing, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Requirements:Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Autocount) and MS Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge of tax regulations and statutory compliance is an advantage.
