Finance Officer

Assisting in the preparation of financial audit activities at UoSM;- Supporting UoSM colleagues and the Management in raising of purchase orders and claims; -Timely processing of UoSM staff claims for reimbursement; -Ensuring purchase order is raised for all supplier purchases and payment of invoices, ensuring timely payments to UoSM suppliers, making effective use of Agresso financial administrative processes as required; -Ensuring correct documents are submitted by staff for Finance and Procurement approval purposes and perform 3-way matching between purchase order, invoice and delivery note/goods receipt note for purchases made from supplier; and _Keeping track of payments made to suppliers and alerting the line manager of any urgent payment required to be made.
