Responsible for supporting the Finance Department by performing various administrative and financial tasks along with other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.
Job Responsibility
Provide administrative support to the finance department, such as managing and organizing all accounting documents and preparing correspondence.
Monitor and facilitate the renewal of various hotel licenses, ensuring they remain valid and up to date.
Manage insurance claims for hotel properties, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up.
Prepare and submit all payroll-related paperwork within established deadlines.
Work collaboratively with other departments to support financial initiatives and projects.
Requirement
For Malaysian only.
Fresh graduates or Diploma holders / SPM leavers are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training is provided.
Good coordination attributes, with initiative and the ability to work diligently and independently with a high degree of confidentiality.
Self-motivated, mature with a pleasant personality.
