Job DescriptionsPlan, manage and coordinate for monthly & yearly inventory stock take and investigate if any discrepancies found.
Responsible for quarterly standard cost change and review of yearly cost factors; and update the latest standard cost into system.
To gather, analyse and summarize cost data such as parts, labour hours, machine hour etc.
Responsible for monthly production costs allocation and calculation.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production costs and management meeting report.
Involve in costing activities such as detail production cost analysis, cost of sales analysis, inventory valuation test, standard cost setting and variance analysis.
Analyse changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on cost and pricing.
Provide guidance and supervision to the team, and ensure that they fully contribute to the operational schedules and plans of the company.
Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy, or equivalent.
Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills.
At least 5 years hands-on experience in costing.
Preferred from manufacturing background.
Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
Experience in AutoCount System is an advantage.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Table & V-lookup etc.
