Job ResponsibilitiesCollections & Payments
a) Regularly send the collection details to the sales team for matching and account settlement
b) Payments on the 9th, 19th, 29th of every month
Banking
a) Interface with banks on various matters.
b) Manage the setup and closure of bank accounts and provide requested documents.
c) Apply for loan drawdowns
d) Ensure prompt payment of loan interests.
e) Secure new financial services (e.g.
BG Facility, working capital loan, L/C)
f) Review bank statements monthly
g) Perform monthly bank reconciliations
Financial Closings
a) Create vouchers for interest
b) Review and maintain loan transactions
c) Evaluate foreign exchange
Petty Cash
a) Issue checks to departments with approved fund requisitions, ensuring all necessary supporting documentation is in order.
b) Review petty cash usage
Reporting
a) Compile and submit reports and documents to banks and government authorities as required
Audit and Tax Preparation
a) Prepare information for audits and tax filings
Document Filing
a) Maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents
Additional Duties
a) Generate reports and manage projects as assigned by management
Minimum RequirementsTwo (2) years and above working experience in related Finance.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or related field is required.
Professional Certificates will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Mandarin will be an advantage.
Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver results and resolve problems.
Dynamic, ability to work independently.
