Finance Specialist

Job description :Liaising with operations team and suppliers on invoice capturing and monitoring.Receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.Accurately enter invoice data into the financial system or relevant software applicationsValidate and reconcile data to ensure consistency and accuracy, resolving any discrepancies as needed.Ensure the invoices are recorded to match the internal due dates for the suppliers' payment terms to prevent late interest costs and the impact on the operations.Reconcile vendor statements and analyses the aging reports to ensure the outstanding invoices are paid according to the payment terms.Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices.Problem solving and communication to internal and external parties.Collaborate with other teams and cross department.Knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), accounting, reporting etc.

Job qualifications :Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.2-3 years' experience with good SAP & Excel knowledgeDiploma/Degree in accounting or any professional bodies, knowledge on accounts payables & accounting task, meticulous on numbers & well team players and can work with all levels.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.Good understanding of operations with good business acumenRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishApplicants must be willing to work in Klang
