Finance Specialist (Regional Pre-Sales Finance COE) _APAC FinanceIn charge of contract review to assist management to make profitability decisions, analysis on major costs and expenses to detect potential issues in estimation, support financial risk management, support rules optimization.
Gradually and structurally improve contract quality to prevent chronic deterioration of T&Cs after review and closure.
Support in providing financial solutions for all kinds of contract scenarios, and support the negotiation process.
Proactively manage the key account group structural issue, responsible for customer financial analysis in accordance to customer's quarter/annual financial statement, identify and predict opportunities and risks, and support the development of customer transaction strategies.
Improve the overall organizational capabilities of customer operations of the team through training and enablement, competency & qualification (C&Q) management.
Actively participate in digitalization-related tasks, continuously establish digital integration, and focus on data quality to help improve business results.
Candidate Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent.
Preferable candidates with at least 3 years and above of related working experience.
Familiar with accounting standard and internal control compliance.
Strong data collection, analysis and processing skills.
Capable in financial statements as well as contract reading and understanding.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
Fast learner and a good team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
