Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Leadership Competence: Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.Effective decision-making capabilities in high-pressure situations.Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing change.Ability to communicate a clear vision and set goals for team performance.Technical Competence & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management.Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.Proficiency in quality management software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving.Relevant Experience: Experience conducting internal and external audits.Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Experience in training and mentoring staff on quality practices.Knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements related to quality management.Knowledge of industry best practices in quality management.Others (% of travel, language, etc.): Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
