You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines.Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.Process Claims in compliance with Company policies.Manage end-to-end process from Purchase Orders creation to Claim finalization and closure in compliance with Company guidelines.Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions.Identify and implement improvements to business processes.Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analysis as required.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages is an added advantage).3-4 years of related working experience is an added advantage.A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision.Experience in automation, process improvement projects is an added advantage.Knowledge in Power BI, Macro is an added advantage.ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.LOCATION:Penang, Malaysia#LI-HybridBenefits offered are described:AMD benefits at a glance .AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
