THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be responsible for various financial reporting and accounting processes.
THE PERSON:
You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines.
Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities.
Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages is an added advantage).
3 - 4 years of related working experience is an added advantage.
A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines and minimal supervision.
High levels of proficiency in Excel.
Proactive, detail-oriented and solid analytical skills.
Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.
