Financial Accountant

The Opportunity
Manage company fixed assets to ensure they are capitalized to comply with accounting standards and company policy and ensure correct depreciation rates are applied.
Review company depreciation expense and fixed asset related journals for the monthly financial statements.
Prepare Fixed Asset monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
Report monthly Capex spending variance analysis against budget.
Ensure accounting is completed in line with timetable requirements.
Provide ad hoc financial reporting as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Part-qualified or qualified by experience in financial accounting.
Strong track record in financial/management reporting.
Good knowledge of accounting standards, principles, and general ledger processes.
Experience with project accounting and information systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Skilled in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
