Prepare accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements) in line with IFRS/GAAP.
Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings and reconcile general ledger accounts.
File tax and statutory reports while ensuring compliance with all local and international laws.
Budgeting & Financial PlanningDevelop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.
Monitor budget variances and recommend cost-control measures.
Cost OptimizationAnalyze operational costs and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Develop KPIs to track financial efficiency and collaborate with teams to streamline processes.
International Financial OperationsManage cross-border financial transactions, currency exchanges, and trade compliance.
Optimize trade financing and ensure adherence to customs, tax, and transfer pricing laws.
Tax & Risk ManagementPrepare corporate tax filings, manage VAT/GST, and minimize liabilities through ethical tax planning.
Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and prevent fraud.
Collaboration & LeadershipWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting and strategic alignment.
Act as a liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting or reporting, preferably in multi-country operations.
Fresh Graduates with First Class Honors or CGPA 4.0 are encouraged to apply.
Expertise in IFRS/GAAP and proficiency with accounting tools.
Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Preferred Qualifications :Experience in industries such as electronics, semiconductors, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of ERP systems and process automation.
Multilingual proficiency (e.g., English, Mandarin) for global operations.
