Responsibilities:Review Marketing Funding Program documents and ensure Purchase Orders are created in compliance with Company guidelines.
Track Purchase Orders and claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
Process claims to ensure compliance as per Company policies.
Perform monthly and quarterly accruals and reconciliation.
Work with various Business Units and Finance team across the regions for month-end close activities.
Identify and implement improvements to business processes.
Assume full ownership on ad hoc projects, reports and analyses as required.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Good spoken and written English (other foreign languages are an added advantage).
Fresh Graduate or with 1 - 2 years of related working experience is an added advantage.
A team player and able to work independently with tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
High levels of proficiency in Excel.
Proactive, detail-oriented and solid analytical skills.
Assertive, creative and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills.
The ability to multitask and work well in a shared services environment.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
