Financial Accounting Assistant.

We are seeking a Financial Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team at HMBC Sdn Bhd - CHERY KUCHING. . This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Accounting & Reporting operations.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare payment vouchers and process payments via cheque or petty cash for suppliers.Update and maintain bank books accurately.File and scan supplier invoices, payment vouchers, and supplier statements.Update and prepare summaries for motor vehicle loan payments.Assist in the preparation of financial reports.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. What we're looking for Diploma/Advanced/Higher Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related fieldMandatory proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing), along with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, to ensure effective communication with suppliers and partnersStrong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detailProficient in MS Office, with high competency in MS Excel (Familiarity with Autocount System is an advantage)Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamImmediate availability is preferred.
