Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Finance/Legal- Location: Malaysia- Reporting to Account Payable (AP) Team Lead, you will be responsible for:- Reviewing and organizing payments ensuring quality maintenance at every step.- Provide weekly cashflow forecast to treasury for smooth payments purpose.- Ensuring that all financial deadlines relating to accounts receivables (AP) are met for month/quarter/year-end financial closing including BS reconciliation to Regional Finance.- Working closely with Operation team, Shared Service Centre team and other stakeholders to ensure effective and accurate payments.- Require to handle AP related tasks for multiples entities registered in MY & SG, including review expenses transactions, accruals as well as preparing reports required by Regional Finance.- Review GST/SST reporting bi-monthly ensure AP related GST/SST reported correctly.- Take lead in internal/external auditing by providing supporting documents as requested, manage stakeholders and ensure timely submission of audit requests.- Support new business initiatives, work on streamline and standardization of processes and new system implementations.- Maintaining and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to company guidelines.- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.**Job Requirements**- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:- Bacherlor's Degree in Accounting/Finance- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience- Able to work in fast-paced and high transactions volume environment- Able to multi-task and work under high pressure- Strong communication skills and ability to handle key stakeholders- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):- Good to have SAP knowledge
