Define requirements together with the management
Develop timetable with clear allocation of tasks
Assign, coordinate and align inputs with various input providers and stakeholders
Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
Provide valuable analysis for management's decision-making
Drive decision making and approval processStrategic planning
Lead BU Mid-term Plan
Compile financial planning (Cash Flow, P&L, BS)
Provide valuable analysis for management's decision-making
Support strategic projectsSupport ad hoc projects
Provide financial analysis as needed
Provide financial support and guidance on project decision makingYour ProfileBachelor's degree or Professional Certification in Finance, Accounting or any related discipline
10-15 years of relevant working experience (manufacturing background desirable)
High proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros, tables and graph production) and MS PowerPoint
Experience on sensitive analysis, pay-back periods, NPV calculations on feasibility studies
Experience working with senior decision makers
Familiar with SAP ERP, BPC, BW
Strong project management skills
Strong analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English, both written and speaking.
Mandarin as a plus.
Ability to influence and work in a support role
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently and under high pressure
