We are seeking a Financial Analyst who is self-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Provide temporary coverage for an employee on maternity leave for a duration of 3 months.
Timely and accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to support cost analysis and management reporting.
Build and maintain monthly business analysis, weekly forecasting, and daily performance analysis.
Analyze revenue performance and growth, profit and losses, variances, revenue reports, and key performance indicators.
Prepare performance reports for Operations Departments, cost reports, and expense reports.
Work closely with the finance team and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate financial information is used in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in accounting or finance.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance / ACCA, or relevant fields preferred.
Responsible, self-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively with other departments.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF), spreadsheets, and pivot tables; working knowledge of ERP accounting systems is preferred.
Effective bilingual with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking counterparts/customers).
