Financial Analyst & Controlling Executive

Job Description1.
Planning, controlling and analytical tasks:Detailed planning in SAP systemsGeneration of actual dataResponsibility for data quality (consistency and completeness)Plausibility check of reportsIdentification and correction of errorsCosts and KPIs tracking & controlling2.
Coordination and execution of standard reporting processesEnsure on time delivery of data and reports MBR/ CF/ BP3.
Collection, processing and consolidation of data and reports for stakeholdersStandard RB-ReportingOrganizational-specific reportingReports to external authorities4.
Involve in Business Plan and Current Forecast preparation.5.
Conduct ad hoc requests in cooperation with Business Partner.6.
Drive the digitalization transformation and implementation.7.
Collecting requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to establish and implement the digitalization plan of Controlling department.8.
Working in close collaboration with other departments, Bosch locations and Central team.9.
Improve processes continuously.QualificationsMinimum 3 years to 5 years working experience preferable in the semiconductor & manufacturing industry in cost controlling is preferredAt least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferredPossess strong communication skills and able to integrate well with people of all levels with good interpersonal relationshipDemonstrate strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement process orientedExperience with SAP especially Controlling (CO) is a plusProficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Tableu & Power BIStrong sense of responsibility with high initiative and self-attitude towards change & continuous improvementHigh level of integrity, initiative and result oriented with an eye to detail person
