Financial Analyst

Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial data and trends to support decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and create dashboards to present findings.
Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Provide financial modeling for new projects, investments, and business scenarios.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support audit and compliance processes by ensuring data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
Added Advantage:
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools).
