Financial Analyst

**Responsibilities**:1. Analyze past results (weekly and monthly), perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.2. Creates financial models bases on analyses to support organizational decision making.3. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.4. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.5. Work closely with stakeholders to improve their department's performance.6. Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.7. Perform budgeting and rolling forecast of company's / department's performance.8. Performs other related duties as assigned.**Education & Qualification**Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field**Relevant Experience & Years of Service**Proven experience in the financial industry, fresh graduate is welcome to join**Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies**- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.- Strong analytical mind- Attention to accuracy and detail required**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
