What You'll DoResponsible for the functions of Accounts Payable - preparation of vendor payments, staff claims, Inter-company payments, & ad-hoc payment requests.
Ensure payment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system.
Reconciliation of vendor statements against ERP vendor account.
Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure compliance of SSC processes and procedures.
Reply to any payment queries to the respective site or Country Finance within 3 working days.
Monthly Reporting - Complete monthly bank reconciliation and monthly exception report.
Establish and maintain an e-filing system for correspondence and documents.
Preparation of other ad-hoc analysis and ongoing treasury support tasks assigned from the Team Leader.
Embrace continuous improvement processes, possessing an open and positive mindset in adapting to changes.What You'll NeedPreferably possess LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related area.
Bank reconciliation preparation knowledge will be an added advantage.
Organized, tactful, dependable, analytical & meticulous.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
