Purpose Statement: The Finance Compliance Analyst I is responsible to focus on foundational tasks related to financial compliance such as data gathering, conducting basic compliance checks, and supporting higher-level analysts or leaders.Key Job Accountabilities:Ensure the audit work is adequately supported, properly documented and aligned with the stated objectives.
Interact with all levels of business management and internal/external auditors (where required) to understand the risks associated with the area subjects to audit.
Provide support to internal and external auditors.Ensure external audits are completed within the established timeframes and any delays/issues/concerns are communicated to management on timely basis for discussion and resolutionIdentify and assess key risks and evaluate key controls to improve the effectiveness of Plexus' risk management, control and governance processes and improving the operations of Plexus.Monitor and assess management's progress on past audit results and update the external audit findings tracking sheetEducation/Experience Qualifications:Requires a Bachelor's degree.
Typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
