Company Background A recruiter's client is seeking a Financial Controller/CFO position to be based in Ipoh, Perak .
Financial Controller/CFO Industry: Mechanical & Electrical Service Provider (Industrial Construction Industry) Location: Ipoh, Perak Main Responsibilities: To develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards To provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team To offer strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team To manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reports To advise on long-term business and financial planning To provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets To ensure the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group To establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification in Accounting i.e. ACCA, CPA, CIMA etc. At least 10 years of working experience in accounting and finance Experience working in listed company is an advantage, but others are also encouraged to apply Strong analytical with good business acumen and ability to identify key business drivers #JPKR
