Financial Controller

Responsible for preparation of annual financial report which includes ESG and corporate governance and quarterly financial results announcement.Prepare quarter, half-year and year-end consolidation for reporting purposes.Prepare announcements for release on SGXNet.Prepare budgets and forecast for quarterly management meeting.Responsible for treasury and cash receipts/payments.Implement/improve internal control process and work closely with internal auditor to rectify any lapses in control process.Oversee and manage accounting system migration.Oversee and provide support to the finance team on any accounting matters.Liaise with internal and external auditors, sponsors, lawyers, bankers and other professional parties.Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.JOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in finance/accounting or CPA/ACCA or equivalent is preferred.Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience andhave experience in handling listing requirements for a Singapore Listed CompanyEffective communication.Experience in Group finance roles and/or real estate industry is a plus.Must be hands on, well-organised and be able to work independently.Team oriented, deadline driven and with a keen sense of learning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong accounting and finance technical proficiency.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and presentation.Fixed working location in JB and able to travel to other location(s) as assigned by management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
