Financial Controller

To manage overall company Accounts & Finance department.- Manage operations including monthly and yearly reports, budgeting, forecast, cash flow, compliance and closing deadline.- Business plan development, tax planning, liaise with external & internal auditor, internal management accounting, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers, solicitors and other parties in relation to finance and company or group matters.- Review Financial Reports and schedules, monitor internal audit / control systems.- Supervise Finance & Accounts department for daily operation, review performance of department and ISO procedure.- Ensure payment collections, handle bank facilities, dealing with lawyer on debts, monitor group subsidiary accounting.**Job Requirements**:- Degree in Accounting /Finance or qualified ACCA/ CIMA / CPA /MIA or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.- Min 8 years of working experience in Management level of Accounts & Finance related industry.- Experience in Service Firm / Trading/ Manufacturing/ Construction related industry are welcome.- Knowledge in calculating of ROI, familiar in rental & property investment are added advantages.- Good communication and interpersonal with all level of people.- Problem solver and strong in risks identification.- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa & Mandarin (read & write).**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM12,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Account management: 8 years (required)**Language**:- English, Bahasa & Mandarin (required)License/Certification:- ACCA/CPA/ CAT/ MIA (required)
