Key ResponsibilitiesManage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions.
Co-ordinate and manage the preparation of the Group's annual financial budget.
Oversee the day-to-day job performance of the staff members.
Interact with financial staff and ensure the audit spreadsheets are maintained every month/year.
Provide solutions on risk management.
Oversee and manage the monthly/quarterly/annual Group reporting.
Monitor the business performances by all companies through timely submission of monthly management accounts and commentaries on financial performances.
Manage and maintain Finance SOPs.
Serve as point of contact for the company's payment issues, financial processes, internal & external audit and tax issues.
Liaise with sales teams to ensure timely collection of revenue and reporting on debtor aging.
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting financials of projects undertaken.
Prepare presentation slides about group performance and present during the meeting.
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g.
SS/GST, Corporate tax and other indirect taxes etc.).
Provide audit requirements during interim and year-end financial audit.
Prepare and submit quarterly reporting to Bursa Malaysia, quarterly Board papers and annual audited financial statements.
Perform other accounting-related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
