Job DescriptionOversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance to the management team.
Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance for use with internal management and external parties.
Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, and position control documents.
Implement financial management measures to improve profitability.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful Financial Controller Should Have:
A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CFA, or CPA.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
An analytical mind with a strategic ability.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
