Financial Controlling Specialist - Shared Services

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct financial analysis and reporting for actual periods, focusing on overhead and material cost analysis.
Prepare and deliver various weekly, monthly, and annual reports (actual vs. budget), providing insights into overall company performance and overhead costs.
Assist in the creation of central reports for AP legal entities.
Actively participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Contribute to the S4 HANA project.
Manage overheads controlling, collaborating closely with functional managers to monitor and control overhead costs.
Perform sales controlling with detailed analysis by division, sector, and customer.
Provide support for cost-saving initiatives, process improvement projects, automation efforts, and ad-hoc management requests.
The Successful ApplicantEducation/Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, along with a professional qualification (e.g., ACA), preferably from a manufacturing organization.
Work Experience:
Proven experience in financial analysis and accounting, with a strong ability to analyze reports and financial ratios.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting is essential.
Language Skills:
Fluency in English and the local language.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
Additional Knowledge/Experience:
Familiarity with accounting standards and strong analytical skills.
