Job summary:
Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation and distribution.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible to sell and market Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide).
Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments, and provide financial advisory service to customers.
Work with branch colleagues to convert lead referrals into sales closures.
Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling.
Engage in sales and marketing events at the bank to acquire new customers.
Provide follow-up on policy servicing services to customers, i.e., payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.
Who is qualified?
Fresh Graduate (Chinese Spoken only) with relevant study background.
English Speaker - Candidates with 1 year or more experience inBanking Sales (financial products, from loans and mortgages to investments) or Insurance Industryis an added advantage.
Anyone with working experience is welcome. Coaching and buddy support systems are well established for fresh graduates.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or,
SPM holders must have obtained 5 passes (including BM) and at least 3 years of working experience.
An outgoing personality and ability to engage in conversation with all levels of people.
Good communication in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
