ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be responsible for the FP & A process in ASEAN. Provide support to the ASEAN Finance Business Partner with the COE team to drive financial discipline in business decisions and stay focused. You will be based in the Kajang
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: Leading in key month end closing and forecasting activities which provide oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management financial information. Reviewing financials on a daily basis during the month-end period and reporting issues to finance management. Variance analysis comparing Actual to plan/ forecast and investigating unusual transactions. Drive risk & opportunities and work closely with relevant functions Leading monthly management reporting for management business review as required. Reviewing processes and implementing improvements & changes to current procedures To drive Free-Cash-Flow regional targets. WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU: Degree in Accounting or relevant qualification with =7 years of working experience. Strongcommunication/presentation skills and structural mindset. Strong stakeholder management and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business Relevant experience on FP&A/Business Finance and industry background. . Skillful at identifying problems and problem-solving. Knowledge of working in an HFM / BI tool will be an added advantage.
