We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Analysis (FRA) that will involve managing and interpreting financial data, preparing financial statements, and providing insights to support informed business decisions. You will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and transparent financial reporting, as well as contributing to strategic planning and organizational performance.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial results with budgets and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning.
• Provide insights into the financial health of the organization through data analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct in-depth financial research to support decision-making.
• Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Evaluate investment opportunities and assess their financial viability.
• Assist in the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging financial technologies and tools to improve analysis and reporting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
• 3-5 years proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analysis tools. Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to think critically to solve complex problems.
