Responsibilities:
• Attend to customers and provide services to fulfill customer inquiries.
• Solve all customer complaints by providing the best services.
• Be in charge of the Safety Box Department, attending to and providing service on customer requests.
• Assist and monitor Branch CASA growth.
• Perform cross-selling of bank products to enhance branch performance.
• Provide counter transaction services.
• Maintain customer information.
• Be in charge of inward clearing.
• Monitor unprocessed local cheques.
Requirements:
• Fulfill all bank compliance regulations.
• Improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain the integrity and reputation of the bank.
• Protect the interests of the bank.
