Financial Specialist

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the daily accounting tasks of the branch, including but not limited to bookkeeping, preparing various statistical reports, and statements.
2. In charge of the branch's annual audit, tax filing, internal transfer pricing, and cooperate with the headquarters to complete related internal and external audit tasks.
3. Responsible for liaising with local government departments such as tax, business, labor, social security bureau, and the bank where the company has an account, handling company and employee-related affairs.
4. Responsible for the financial aspects of projects undertaken by the branch, including tax registration and payment, receipt and payment, budget control, and cooperate with the project team to complete related financial tasks.
5. Responsible for the comprehensive management of branch affairs, including human resources, administration, and other related work.
Skills Requirements:
1. Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay in terms of speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
2. Proficient in office software operation.
3. At least three years of relevant work experience.
