The Finance Specialist is responsible for supporting various aspects of finance, including Payroll, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Budgeting and Forecasting, and Expense Management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and document employee salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and workers compensation.
Manage incoming payments from customers and verify receipts.
Receive and log bills into an accounting system for timely payment.
Process employee reimbursements, reviewing and verifying expenses.
Produce Payables reports and other requested documents.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or relevant field, with 2+ years of experience preferred.
Payroll experience a plus.
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with management, staff, and customers.
International work experience beneficial.
Estimated Salary Range:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.#J-18808-Ljbffr
