DOO you have what it takes?
What you'll be working on:
Responsible for business training and probation period assessment of new employees
Maintain and update training documents and assessment papers
Organize monthly assessments
Conduct in-depth research on the company's products and tools, and provide online training on new products/market activities/trading software, etc.
Conduct in-depth research on financial expertise and provide special training that is conducive to market expansion
Create and update trading software operation tutorials, etc.
What we're looking for:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above
Fluent in Mandarin
Have knowledge and experience in stocks, futures, bonds or funds trading
Have training experience or analyst experience in securities, futures and other financial industries
Have excellent communication skills and clear logical thinking
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Good image and presentable
